关于进一步强化我县“陕西省疫情防控 场所码”和“通讯大数据行程卡” 扫码查验工作的通告

padding: 0px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">各级各部门、各类公共场所、经营场所、各交通服务点要将查验“场所码”作为一项经常性工作开展，对所有进入人员落实扫码、测温、查验等常态化疫情防控措施；多人同行的要逐人扫码，严禁“一人扫码、多人进出”，做到逢进必扫、逢扫必验、不漏一人。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; font-size: 28.8319px; line-height: 38px; font-family: Microsoft YaHei; white-space: normal; text-indent: 43px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="font-size: 21px; line-height: inherit !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; padding: 0px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">二、各级各部门、各类公共场所、经营场所、各交通服务点要为无智能手机或不能使用扫码系统的未成年人、老年人、视障听障残疾人等群众提供人性化服务，由工作人员测量体温，详细了解并登记个人信息，确保安全后放行。在核验信息时，发现异常(红码或黄码)，要立即予以管控(临时隔离点)，第一时间向主管部门或疫情指挥部报告，按要求处置，闭环管理，不得一拒了之，放任不管。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; font-size: 28.8319px; line-height: 38px; font-family: Microsoft YaHei; white-space: normal; text-indent: 43px; text-align: justify; padding: 0px !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="font-size: 21px; line-height: inherit !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; padding: 0px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">三、各级机关企事业单位、各类公共场所、经营场所、各交通服务点要按照“逢口必有码”的要求，主动申领“陕西一码通--固定场所码”，若无法正常使用应及时更换，并张贴在醒目位置。各场所要规范设置查验点，文明依规开展查验工作，任何场所严禁“无码运行”。广大市民搭乘出租车、公交车等公共交通工具时也须主动扫码，并配合查验。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; line-height: inherit !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; padding: 0px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">四、各场所伪造、变卖、借用“场所码”，不落实扫码验码规定的，由政府行业监管部门依据疫情防控相关规定和法规给予纠正整改、警告、停业整顿、吊销营业执照等处罚；情节严重的，由公安机关予以治安处罚；引发新冠疫情传播或者造成严重传播风险的依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; line-height: inherit !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; padding: 0px !important; font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;">五、广大市民要自觉树立“扫码亮码、绿码通行”意识，党员干部要发挥带头示范作用，外出时积极“扫码亮码”，配合防疫工作。对不配合扫码验码或虚假出示、拒不出示，发现异常(红码或黄码)不配合管理的，由公安机关依法依规处理；造成严重后果的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
