font-size: 14px; visibility: visible;">为规范网络商品和服务集中促销活动，维护网络交易市场公平竞争秩序，保护消费者和经营者的合法权益，营造公平有序的市场环境和安全放心的消费环境，现将规范“双十一”网络集中促销期间网络交易行为提示如下：</span></p><p style="margin: 0px auto; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; visibility: visible;">一、严格规范集中促销活动。电子商务平台经营者要落实审查核验、登记等义务，督促平台内经营者“亮照、亮证、亮规则”。要加强对平台内经营者的管理和服务，加强对促销方案的事前审查，促销规则要简明扼要，并在显著位置公示，确保集中促销行为公平公正。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px auto; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; visibility: visible;">二、严格规范价格秩序。网络交易经营者通过网络销售商品或者提供服务，要严格落实《价格法》等法律法规的规定，加强价格自律，在网络页面进行明码标价。开展限时折价、减价等价格促销活动的，应当显著标明期限。不得囤积居奇、串通涨价，不得实施价格欺诈、虚假打折等价格违法行为。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px auto; padding: 0px; font-size: 14px; visibility: visible;">三、严禁网售禁限售商品。做好违法违禁商品核查，禁止销售禁限售商品，及时下架涉军、“专供”“特供”商品、勋章奖章纪念章及各类重大活动相关的“纪念币”“纪念章”等违法违规产品。不得销售或者提供法律、行政法规禁止交易的商品或服务。销售的商品或者提供的服务应当符合保障人身、财产安全的要求和环境保护要求。</span></p><p style="margin: 0px auto;
