margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">一、临床表现起病比较急，年长儿童和成人可出现发热、头痛、全身倦怠、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等前驱症状，持续1～2天才出现皮疹。小儿则皮疹和全身症状同时出现，皮疹首先见于躯干和头皮部，后延及面部和四肢，呈向心性分布，以皮肤粘膜上成批出现红色斑疹、丘疹、疱疹和痂疹为典型特征。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">二、传染源及潜伏期：病人是唯一传染源，水痘潜伏期一般为12～21天，平均14天。病毒存在于患者上呼吸道和疱疹液中，从发病前1～2天到皮疹完全结痂为止均有传染性。易感儿童接触带状疱疹病人后，也可发生水痘。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">三、传播途径和易感人群：水痘主要通过呼吸道飞沫和直接接触传播，也可通过接触被污染的用具传播。传染性极强，人群普遍易感。易感儿童接触后90%发病，6个月以下婴儿较少见。孕妇患水痘时，胎儿也可被感染。病后可获持久免疫，二次感染发病者极少见。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">1、预防水痘的有效措施包括避免接触传染源、勤洗手、保持空气通畅、环境消毒等。平时让孩子多锻炼身体，多吃营养丰富的食物，提高抵抗力。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
