margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px; line-height: 30px; text-align: justify;">  <strong style="font-size: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px;">七、加强个人信息保护。</strong>贯彻落实《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》,房地产经纪机构及从业人员不得非法收集、使用、加工、传输他人个人信息,不得非法买卖、提供或者公开他人个人信息。房地产经纪机构要建立健全客户个人信息保护的内部管理制度,严格依法收集、使用、处理客户个人信息,采取有效措施防范泄露或非法使用客户个人信息。未经当事人同意,房地产经纪机构及从业人员不得收集个人信息和房屋状况信息,不得发送商业性短信息或拨打商业性电话。</p><p style="font-size: inherit; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px; line-height: 30px; text-align: justify;">  <strong style="font-size: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px;">八、提升管理服务水平。</strong>市、县住房和城乡建设部门要建立健全房屋交易管理服务平台,加强对交易房源、房地产经纪机构及从业人员的管理。房地产经纪机构发布的房源信息,应当通过平台进行核验。鼓励通过房屋交易管理服务平台向交易当事人提供房源核验、房源发布、合同网签备案等便民服务。加强存量房交易资金监管,除交易当事人提出明确要求外,购房款应纳入资金监管账户。鼓励房地产经纪机构将经纪服务费用纳入交易资金监管范围。</p><p style="font-size: inherit; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px; line-height: 30px; text-align: justify;">  <strong style="font-size: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px;">九、加大违法违规行为整治力度。</strong>各地住房和城乡建设部门要将规范房地产经纪服务纳入房地产市场秩序整治的重要内容,会同有关部门依法查处“黑中介”、侵犯个人信息合法权益等违法违规行为,曝光典型案例。对收费明显高于市场平均水平的房地产经纪机构,住房和城乡建设部门会同市场监管等部门采取约谈等综合措施进行重点监管。市场监管部门会同有关部门依法查处不按规定明码标价、操纵经纪服务收费等违反价格和反垄断法律法规的行为。对房地产经纪机构相关违法违规信息,市场监管部门要依法依规纳入国家企业信用信息公示系统。</p><p style="font-size: inherit; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px; line-height: 30px; text-align: justify;">  <strong style="font-size: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px;">十、加强行业自律管理。</strong>房地产经纪行业组织要健全行规行约,完善房地产经纪服务标准和执业规则,引导房地产经纪机构及从业人员依法合规经营。对房地产经纪机构及从业人员存在收费不规范、侵犯客户个人信息合法权益等情形的,房地产经纪行业组织依据行规行约给予自律处分。</p><p style="font-size: inherit;
