margin: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0); box-sizing: border-box; outline: 0px;">九、加大违法违规行为整治力度。</strong>各地住房和城乡建设部门要将规范房地产经纪服务纳入房地产市场秩序整治的重要内容，会同有关部门依法查处“黑中介”、侵犯个人信息合法权益等违法违规行为，曝光典型案例。对收费明显高于市场平均水平的房地产经纪机构，住房和城乡建设部门会同市场监管等部门采取约谈等综合措施进行重点监管。市场监管部门会同有关部门依法查处不按规定明码标价、操纵经纪服务收费等违反价格和反垄断法律法规的行为。对房地产经纪机构相关违法违规信息，市场监管部门要依法依规纳入国家企业信用信息公示系统。</p><p style="font-size: inherit;
