padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">1.经营管理规范。</strong>已纳入家庭农场名录系统，基础信息完备。从事生产经营活动3年以上，经县、市级农业农村主管部门评定为示范家庭农场，无违法不良记录，无涉黑涉恶涉乱问题，在市场监督管理部门注册未被列入异常状态。土地承包或流转合同规范，生产档案健全，生产记录完整。设置购销台账、会计账簿或财务收支记录簿等。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">2.经营规模适度。</strong>从事产业符合当地发展规划，生产经营土地相对集中连片，土地租赁期5年以上（流转期限内无转包）。从事种植业，粮油作物耕种面积200亩（含托管）以上。从事果业、蔬菜、茶叶、苗木、花卉等经济作物50亩以上。从事养殖业，肉禽年出栏5万羽以上，蛋禽存栏1万羽以上，生猪年出栏500头以上，奶牛存栏50头以上，肉牛年出栏50头以上，肉羊年存栏200只以上，奶山羊存栏200只以上。从事经济林经营，规模100亩以上。从事种养结合或特种种养业、水产养殖、休闲农业等其他未及的特色农业产业，可适当放宽条件。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
