padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2.25em; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">患者王某，男性，38岁，既往诊断“扩张型心肌病、慢性心力衰竭”，此次因“胸闷气短4天”入住我院重症医学科，入院后发现患者全身湿冷、严重水肿、呼吸急促、烦躁明显，不能平卧，无尿，血压进行性降低，缺氧严重，心衰严重导致多脏器功能障碍。患者病情危重，各项化验指标多次处于危急值，随时有猝死可能。值班医生立即给予呼吸机辅助呼吸，建立静脉通路，维持血压、强心、控制心室率、利尿、护肾保肝、纠正电解质紊乱、改善凝血异常等治疗，医护人员24小时轮流监护。在全体医护人员的共同努力下，经过7天的治疗，患者病情得到缓解，脱离了生命危险，转危为安。</p></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us" style="margin: 10px 0px;
