padding-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" data-width="100%"><section><section style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.8; letter-spacing: 2px; padding-right: 10px; padding-left: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">富平县市场监督管理局</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">规范餐饮行业收费行为提醒告诫书</span></strong></p><p> 各餐饮经营者：</p><p> 为规范餐饮行业收费行为，维护市场价格秩序，保护广大消费者合法权益，依据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》《中华人民共和国价格法》《价格违法行为行政处罚规定》等法律法规规定，现对全县餐饮经营者提醒告诫如下：</p><p> 一、经营者应当严格遵守法律法规规定，遵循公平、合法和诚实信用的原则，合理定价，守法经营。</p><p> 二、经营者应当按照规定明码标价，标价要做到真实准确、货签对位、标识醒目，价格变动时要及时调整。不得在标价之外加价出售商品或者提供服务，不得收取任何未予标明的费用。</p><p> 三、经营者应当免费为消费者提供符合安全卫生条件的餐具，不得设定最低消费、收取或者变相收取开瓶费等不合理费用。</p><p> 四、经营者不得利用虚假的或者使人误解的价格手段，诱骗消费者或者其他经营者与其进行交易。不得虚假标价、虚假折价、虚假减价、低标高结、无正当理由不履行价格承诺。</p><p> 五、经营者不得违反法律法规规定，利用价格手段侵犯消费者和其他经营者合法权益，扰乱市场价格秩序。</p><p> 自本提醒告诫书发布之日起，各经营者应当立即开展自查自纠，我局将加大监督检查力度，对违反明码标价规定、强制收取餐具费、实施价格欺诈等违法行为，依法严厉查处，对屡查屡犯、情节恶劣的典型案件予以公开曝光。</p><p> 投诉举报电话：0913-8812315</p><p style="text-align: right;">富平县市场监督管理局</p><p style="text-align: right;">2023年9月8日</p><p></p><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="26970" style="margin-top: 0px;
