padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; text-indent: 2.25em; visibility: visible;">患者陈女士，52岁，糖尿病15年，肾病3年，规律透析1年余。8月2日早上8时40分，陈女士因胸闷、气短，心跳非常缓慢，全身无力来院治疗。来院后立即给予吸氧、心电监护等治疗，心电监护示心率22次/分，初步判断高钾血症引起的心率失常，紧急予以透析，急查电解质及心电图，诊断确诊高钾血症（8.7mmol/l），心电图示交界性逸搏心律，交界性早搏，情况危急，随时可能出现心脏骤停，立即急请心内科会诊，随后启动高钾血症抢救流程，建立静脉通路，</span><span style="margin: 0px;
