font-size: 18px; letter-spacing: 0.544px; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">针对上述违法事实，根据《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》的有关规定，我局于2023年6月2日通过公告送达方式，在富平县民政局公众号上发布了拟撤销登记社会组织名单，公告60日期满后，富平渭北心脑血管病专科医院等11家社会组织未向我局提出陈述、申辩、也未要求举行听证，视为放弃上述权利。现根据国务院《社会团体登记管理条例》第三十条和国务院《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条的规定，决定撤销富平渭北心脑血管病专科医院等11家社会组织法人登记。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
