color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">其他大型焰火燃放活动</span></strong>的，要<strong><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">向公安部门提出申请</span></strong>，<strong><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">取得焰火燃放许可证</span></strong>后方可燃放。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 14px; padding: 0px; line-height: 1.75; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">依法予以处罚</span></strong>；<strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">构成犯罪的，</span></strong><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">依法追究刑事责任，并没收非法经营的物品及违法所得。</span></strong></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">责令停止非法经营活动，并处2万元以上10万元以下的罚款</span></strong>，<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><strong>没收</strong></span><strong>非法经营的物品及违法所得</strong>。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">五、<strong><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">对违规燃放烟花爆竹的，</span></strong><strong>公安机关将<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">依法予以惩戒</span>，责令<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">停止燃放</span>，对<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">责任单位处1万元以上5万元以下罚款</span></strong>；<strong><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">对违法燃放烟花爆竹的个人，公安机关将依法责令停止燃放，并处100元以上500元以下的罚款。</span></strong><strong>构成违反治安管理行为的，依法给予<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">治安管理处罚</span>；构成犯罪的，依法<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"></span></strong><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">追究刑事责任</span></strong><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"></span>。</strong></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">六、对<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>携带烟花爆竹搭乘公共交通工具或者托运行李、包裹、邮件中夹带烟花爆竹</strong></span>的，依据《烟花爆竹安全管理条例》有关规定，<span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>由公安机关没收非法携带、邮寄、夹带的烟花爆竹，并处200元以上1000元以下的罚款</strong></span>，如果构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
