margin-bottom: 0px; text-wrap: wrap; font-size: 33.2292px; font-family: Microsoft YaHei; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; padding: 0px !important; line-height: inherit !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">一、县域全境禁止任何单位和个人露天焚烧农作物秸秆、枯枝、落叶、杂草和生活垃圾。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-wrap: wrap; font-size: 33.2292px; font-family: Microsoft YaHei; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; padding: 0px !important; line-height: inherit !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">二、本通告所称秸秆，是指对玉米、油菜、谷物、豆类等农作物收获籽实和其他有用成分后剩余的物质，包括田间地头杂草、林下附植物、落叶等。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-wrap: wrap; font-size: 33.2292px; font-family: Microsoft YaHei; text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; padding: 0px !important; line-height: inherit !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">三、按照《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》《陕西省大气污染防治条例》等要求，<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>全面禁止露天焚烧秸秆。在人口集中地区露天焚烧秸秆产生烟尘污染物质的，按照《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》第一百一十九条规定，由县级以上地方人民政府确定的监督管理部门责令改正，并可以处五佰元以上二千元以下的罚款；对妨碍监督管理人员执行公务的，尚不构成犯罪的，由公安机关依据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》处警告或二佰元以下罚款，情节严重的处5日以上10日以下拘留可并处五佰元以下罚款；情节特别严重构成犯罪的，依法追究其刑事责任。</strong></span></span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
