margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"> 6.享受考研优惠。①教育部设立“退役大学生士兵”专项硕士研究生招生计划，每年安排8000人，专门面向退役大学生士兵招收。②高校学生应征入伍服义务兵役退役后，3年内参加全国硕士研究生招生考试，初试总分加10分，同等条件下优先录取。③服役期间立二等功及以上的退役士兵，符合研究生报名条件的可免试(指初试)攻读硕士研究生。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"> 7.享受就业服务。高校毕业生士兵退役一年内，可视同当年的应届毕业生，凭用人单位录(聘)用手续，向原就读高校再次申请办理就业报到手续，户档随迁(直辖市按照有关规定执行)；退役高校毕业生士兵可以参加户籍所在地省级毕业生就业指导机构、原毕业高校就业招聘会,享受就业信息、重点推荐、就业指导等就业服务。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"> 1.生活待遇。义务兵服役期间享受供给制生活待遇，按规定享受津贴和补贴。现行津贴补贴标准，第一年每月1000元，第二年每月1100元(不包括骨干津贴、特殊岗位津贴、艰苦边远地区补贴、防暑降温费等补贴)。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"> 3.选取军士。(1)报考军士院校。现役士兵符合条件的可报考军士学校，毕业后取得大专学历，并授予相应军士军衔。(2)选改军士。义务兵服役期满，经本人申请并符合相关条件的，可选改军士,授予相应军士军衔。义务兵服役期间表现特别优秀的，经批准可以提前选改军士。(3)义务兵服现役满1年，具备《军士暂行条例》规定的军士基本条件，且符合下列条件之一的，可以提前参加军士选改:获得勋章、荣誉称号的；获得四等战功、三等功以上奖励，以及相应层级表彰的；担任班长职务的；取得与拟选改岗位专业相同或者相近的中级技能以上职业技能等级或者初级以上专业技术职称的；取得全日制专科以上学历的；再次入伍的。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"> 4.选拔军官。(1)报考军校。对象为普通高中毕业以上文化程度或同等学历人员，未婚，年龄不超过22周岁(入伍前是普通高等学校在校生、毕业生或者是少数民族的,可放宽1岁)，服现役满1年，不超过3年，符合部队先关条件，可报考军校。(2)本科毕业提干。对象为普通高校全日制本科以上毕业,服役满1年、不超过3年，本科年龄不超过26周岁，研究生毕业生不超过29周岁，符合部队相关条件，可以提干。其中在驻西藏和三类以上艰苦边远地区少数民族聚居区部队服役的少数民族士兵,年龄可放宽1岁。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
