outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; overflow-wrap: break-word !important; text-indent: 2.25em;">患儿家属担心患儿年龄较小，无法承受外科开刀麻醉之风险，更不愿小小年纪就被切除阑尾，留下永久的疤痕。针对家长担忧，我院儿科联系内镜科会诊，双方经过反复探讨，结合患儿情况为其制定了解决方案——ERAT：是指经内镜逆行阑尾炎治疗术，主要是通过内镜到达阑尾腔，将阑尾腔内的粪石以及脓液冲洗引流，再配合抗生素的治疗，达到治愈阑尾炎的目的。不仅不开刀、而且恢复快、花费小，还可保留阑尾完整。</span><br style="margin: 0px;
