font-size: 16px; font-family: 黑体, SimHei;">4月17日，富平县人民法院民事审判三庭在一起抚养费纠纷案件中发出《关爱未成年人提示书》，这是最高人民法院发布《关于在涉及未成年子女的离婚案件中开展“关爱未成年人提示”工作的意见》后，富平县人民法院发出的首份《关爱未成年人提示书》，在抚养纠纷、探望权纠纷、监护权纠纷等涉及未成年子女的案件中，参照离婚案件开展“关爱未成年人提示”工作。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; font-size: 16px; font-family: 黑体, SimHei;">案件受理后，承办法官第一时间启动调解程序。调解中，双方情绪激动，各执一词，矛盾尖锐。被告坚称抚养费补充协议是在原告之母逼迫下签订的，自己月收入不足4000元，根本无法承担原告每月3000元抚养费。李某则认为被告离婚后不仅不按约为原告及时支付抚养费，而且对原告漠不关心，自己与王某某离婚至今，被告几乎没有联系过原告，更别提当面探望。王小某多次提及被告时泪流满面，强烈要求被告若再不支付抚养费就立马登报断绝父女关系。承办法官认为该处理方式会严重损害孩子的身心健康，为增强李某及被告保护未成年子女的意识，法官当即向其宣读并发放《关爱未成年人提示书》。经过教育感化，采取背对背调解方式数十次后，被告最终与原告之母就抚养费的支付数额及履行方式达成一致意见，案件圆满调解。发放调解书过程中，承办法官再次告诫李某与王某某要关心关爱未成年人，承担起为人父母的责任，法院后续会跟进回访。李某与王某某均表示将严格履行调解协议，努力为原告创造良好的身心健康成长环境，多加陪伴孩子，不作缺席父母，给孩子最温暖最坚定的爱，为孩子撑起一片爱的天空。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
