2em">2024年5月2日20时30分，蒲城公安交警在辖区党睦街道对孟某驾驶的小型汽车进行例行检查时，发现孟某涉嫌饮酒后驾驶机动车。经检测，孟某血液中酒精含量为32mg/100ml，系饮酒驾驶机动车。经了解，驾驶人孟某下午4时许跟朋友喝了些白酒，觉得自己只是喝了一点，没有头晕的现象，随后又喝了大量的水，开车应该没事。于是，在晚上开车去接人，没想到半路被交警查获。交警对驾驶人孟某进行了批评教育，并对其饮酒后驾驶机动车的违法行为，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十一条第一款之规定，罚款1000元，暂扣驾驶证6个月。</section><section
