1px">三、车用气瓶使用单位(车主)，按照气瓶安全技术规范，携带车用气瓶出厂资料、安装合格证明、安装监检证书等资料，到所在地行政审批部门办理使用登记，领取车用气瓶使用登记证和标签。车辆过户或者更换车用气瓶后，应当重新办理车用气瓶使用登记手续。（注：气瓶检验报告、使用登记证、使用标志必须随车携带）</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom:
