box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;"/></section></section><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">广大市民朋友:</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">近二十余天以来，在全县多方的大力配合下，在广大市民朋友的理解支持下，备受大家关注的中心城区排水防涝项目目前进展顺利，在项目建设过程中，道路临时半幅封闭导致大家通行不便，在此我们向大家致以歉意，同时也衷心感谢大家一如既往的理解与支持。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">近年来我县降水较多，极端天气时有发生，加之县城区地下管网修建年代较早，长期以来存在管道老化、雨污合流、混搭漏接、污水溢流等问题，尤其是暴雨特别是特大暴雨过后城市内涝、黑臭水外溢现象反复出现。为及时解决该历史性问题，我局积极响应国家政策，对上争取专项资金，按照近远结合、突出重点的原则，着力推动城区地下排水管网建设这一百年大计，目前南韩大街、莲湖大街、富兴路等3条道路正在按照序时进度加快雨污水管网铺设，频阳大道、富强路、富民路、朝阳路等4条道路将根据项目计划后续开工。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">针对大家反应的通行不畅等问题，我局目前已及时调整施工方案，确保最大限度满足大家出行要求，不便之处还望给予理解，你们的理解与支持就是做好城市建设与管理的不竭动力。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">再次向大家的理解与支持表示衷心感谢，谢谢大家！</span></p><p><br style="margin: 0px;
