text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(244, 251, 255); line-height: 2em; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 1px; visibility: visible; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">随着国家食品相关法规的调整和全省保健食品行业发展，原《陕西省保健食品生产经营许可管理办法》中保健食品销售准入方式已不符合当前法律法规要求。此次修订内容主要有两方面：保健食品经营许可方式调整。保健食品属于预包装食品，根据总局《食品经营许可和备案管理办法》，将保健食品经营由许可调整为备案；解决无品种企业进入保健食品行业问题。明确了申报生产许可“拟备案品种”的认定条件、需提交的资料等内容，便于无保健食品产品的企业，通过此方式获得保健食品生产许可，进而通过备案方式获得保健食品产品。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
