clear: both; min-height: 1em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">  关于洪某主张的2023年6月26日至2023年11月7日期间的房租。法院认为,租赁期限届满,承租人应当返还租赁物。返还的租赁物应当符合按照约定或者根据租赁物的性质使用后的状态。考虑到涉案房屋内有李某未清空的部分物品,洪某曾要求李某清空物品而李某未提交证据证明其已告知洪某放弃房屋内物品,李某应当支付房屋占有使用费。同时洪某作为出租方具有及时收房、避免损失扩大的义务,其不得以屋内有承租人的物品为由无限期主张房屋占有使用费。因此法院酌情判决李某支付洪某2023年6月26日至2023年6月30日期间的占有使用费1100元,同时,驳回洪某其他诉讼请求。鉴于李某此前的押金洪某未退还,洪某应将扣除1100元占有使用费后的剩余押金退还至李某。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
