2em;">（二）申领程序。个人消费者在2025年1月10日前，通过登录全国汽车流通信息管理系统网站或“汽车以旧换新”小程序提交补贴申请，经审核通过后，补贴资金直接拨付至申请人提供的银行账户。申请补贴的报废汽车所有人和新购置汽车所有人应为同一个人消费者，其所报废乘用车应当于2024年7月25日前登记在申请人名下。申请报废更新补贴，须开具报废车辆证明和新车购置发票。</section><p 16px;">（二）补贴标准。对个人消费者转让旧车并购买新能源乘用车的，按照购车发票金额，3万元至10万元（不含）的补贴10000元，10万元至20万元（不含）的补贴12000元，20万元以上的补贴15000元。转让旧车并购买2.0升及以下排量燃油乘用车的，按照购车发票金额，3万元至10万元（不含）的补贴8000元，10万元至20万元（不含）的补贴10000元，20万元以上的补贴12000元。购买同一辆新车只能享受一次补贴，不能同时享受报废更新和置换更新补贴。</span></section><section
