color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>居民用户第一档终端销售价格执行2.14元/立方米。</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong> 居民阶梯气价仍按1：1.2：1.5比例执行，阶梯气量不作调整。</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong> 居民用气第二档和第三档终端销售价格分别执行2.57元/立方米和3.21元/立方米。</strong></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>居民用气范围为：</strong></span><strong>居民生活用气、居民家庭独立采暖壁挂锅炉用气、福利院、养老院用气、各类学校、幼儿园用气以及居民小区自备锅炉供暖用气、市政集中供热企业供居民采暖用气；其他用气为非居民用气类别。</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>居民小区自备锅炉供暖用气、市政集中供热企业供居民采暖用气仍执行居民生活用气第一阶梯价格标准。城镇集中供热范围有居民用户和非居民用户的，由城市燃气企业与城镇集中供热企业协商确定居民与非居民用气量比例，分别执行居民集中供暖用气价格和非居民用气价格标准。</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <span style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><strong>居民阶梯气价结算周期以年为单位，结算周期起始时间为每年1月1日至12月31日，用气量年度周期之间不累计、不结转。</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);
