庄里地域文化：涝池豆腐

letter-spacing: 2px; line-height: 1.75em; text-align: justify; transform: rotateZ(0deg);"><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">从庄里镇向东走二、三里路有一个叫涝池的村子，这个村子几乎家家都有做豆腐的习俗。每到冬季，村子里的男人们天不亮就骑着自行车带着豆腐出村，穿梭于方圆二、三十里的村子里叫卖，足迹遍及富平、庄里和耀县，成为当地一道独特的风景。 </span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">那么，涝池村这个传统的手工作坊是怎么来的？最早做豆腐的人又是谁？在这里，流传着一个古老的传说。（搜集整理：张军良）</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">据说很早的时候，村里有一个叫张五的穷光蛋，他的裤子穿破了好几个洞，也没钱做条新的。有一天，一个远房舅爷骑马来看望他，带来一大壶酒和一大袋花生米。张五家里只有半升米，他煮了白米饭招待舅爷。可是木凳子全断了腿，两人只得盘腿坐在地上，你一杯我一杯，喝干了那壶酒，把花生米吃得一粒不剩。 </span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">张五醉了八九分，突然站起身，把手里的酒杯摔了个粉碎：“唉，我张五就是没有本钱，但凡有一个钱，也不会过这样半死不活的穷日子!”那舅爷也喝得醉醺醺，当即从衣兜掏出来一个铜钱，“哐当”一声摔到地上，铜钱滚了两圈，“骨碌碌”滚到床底下去了。舅爷说：“张五，你这混账东西，就算给你钱，还不是照样过穷日子?”</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">甥舅两个又笑又骂，酒足饭饱，倒在炕上，美美睡了一夜。第二天清晨，舅爷就骑上马走了，张五浑浑噩噩又过了半年，他日日游手好闲，没饭吃时，就去帮人家做几日短工挣点柴米。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">到了快过年的时候，他也学着别人家的样子，一大早起身洒水打扫房屋，没想到，扫帚伸入床底下，“叮”一声响，扫出来一个铜钱。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">他突然想起舅爷来的那一天他自己说过的话：“我张五就是没有本钱，但凡有一个钱，也不会过这样半死不活的穷日子!”又想起他舅爷的话：“你这混账东西，就算给你钱，还不是照样过穷日子?”</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">想到这里，张五丢下扫帚，拿着铜钱跑到庄里，街上热热闹闹的，因为要过年了，街上有人在卖洗脸水，一个铜钱一盆热水。张五灵机一动，拿那个铜钱买了一盆热水，把自己干干净净洗起来。洗清爽了，张五对老板说：“老板，不怕你笑话，今年我没挣到钱，家里人都好几天没洗脸了，你这盆热水就让我端回家，给他们也洗洗。”老板见他说得蛮可怜，就答应了。 </span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 0em;"></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">张五急忙端起面盆往家跑。其实，他哪里要那盆洗脸水呢，他想要的是那个洗面盆。那会儿，洗面盆是用铜造的，拿到当铺去，很能值几个钱。张五拐进一条小巷，把热水倒掉，拿那洗面盆到一家当铺，说：“老板，我家里急用钱，这个面盆暂时押在你这里。你先借我半吊钱，明天我再来取回面盆，本息照算。”老板看那面盆的铜质蛮好，半吊钱又只借一天，于是他很爽快地取出半吊钱，交给了张五。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">张五拽着那半吊钱，跑到集上买来五升饱满的大黄豆，跑回家用水浸上，浸好了捞起来，用他老爹留下的大石磨磨起来，很快就做成两板豆腐。他挑到街市上，大声叫卖：“卖豆腐，新鲜现磨的豆腐罗——” </span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">当时庄里镇还没有豆腐店，而那时正是每家每户都要准备过年的时候。听到叫卖豆腐，好多人从家里跑出来，围着张五，抢着买豆腐，不一会儿工夫，两板豆腐全卖光了，一块也没剩下。</span><span style="text-align: center;"></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">天还没黑，张五数豆腐卖得的钱，除去买黄豆的半吊本钱，净挣两吊钱，还多几十个铜钱。张五拿衣袖抹干汗水，高高兴兴拿半吊钱去当铺，赎回了那个面盆，又高高兴兴拿面盆到街上，还给那个老板，为了感谢他，他还多付给那老板一个铜钱。 </span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">那会儿卖黄豆的店还没关门，张五又用挣来的钱买来十五升大豆，第二天清晨，他早早起身浸水，磨成六板豆腐，挑到街市去，不到一个时辰就卖光了， 这回挣得八吊钱，还多好几十个铜钱。第三天，张五又做了更多的豆腐……</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">从那以后，张五专门做起豆腐生意，他慢慢积蓄了一小笔钱。三个月后，他买回来两只小猪崽，用豆腐渣喂大了，不久，母猪生了一窝猪崽儿，张五拿到市上卖，又得到一大笔收入。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">就这样，不到三年，张五就富裕了。到了第四年冬天，快要过年的时候，他一口气做了十件新衣裳、十条新裤子，还娶回来一位漂亮贤惠的娘子。新婚那天，张五专门请来那位远房舅爷，让他坐在长辈的位子上，向他端茶、敬酒，感谢他当年的馈赠。 </span><span style="font-size: 15px;text-indent: 0em;"></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">后来，左邻右舍效仿张五也做起了豆腐，随着时间的推移，村子里的人们都做起了豆腐，一代传一代，一直流传到现在。（搜集整理: 张军良）</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><section style="line-height: 2em;
