富平交警成功报废一老旧自卸货车

background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-indent: 2em;">为尽快消除这一安全隐患，9月11日凌晨，富平交警大队教导员魏昭晖、庄里中队中队长张戈亮一行远赴900多公里，到达内蒙古包头市九原区哈业胡同高家圪旦，找到现车主王某，通过讲法律、讲政策，进行沟通，终于与车主达成报废协议。正当将该车送往回收厂进行报废处理时，却发现该车发动机去年更换过。按照相关政策规定，老旧车报废时若没有车架号、发动机号，回收证明开不出来，也就申请不了补贴。这一“插曲”让民警始料未及，行动一时受挫。</p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p class="pgc-img-caption" style="box-sizing: border-box;
