15px;">ETC车辆通行ETC专用车道，在入口时应将ETC卡插入电子标签（OBU）内，在出口一次扣费；其他车辆通行人工或混合车道，在入口领取通行卡（即CPC卡）、在出口现金或移动支付缴费。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">车辆驶出高速公路时，出口车道显示当次通行的全程费用，实现“一次行程、一张账单、一次扣费、一次告知”。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">货车通行高速公路应称重检测，违法超限超载车辆禁止通行高速公路。超限车辆认定标准为：</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（1）二轴货车，其车货总质量超过18000千克。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（2）三轴货车，其车货总质量超过25000千克；三轴汽车列车，其车货总质量超过27000千克。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（一）全省高速公路载货类车辆费率标准在核定标准基础上优惠10%。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（二）对合法装载的2类、4类、5类货车，费率标准在10%基础上再次优惠不同的比例。优惠比例如下：</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></section><p><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p><br/></p><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（三）对行驶G30连霍高速西安至宝鸡高速公路三桥经咸阳至西吴立交段、G3024宝鸡过境高速虢镇东立交至宝鸡段所有客货车辆，执行1类车0.40元/车公里对应的费率标准（省政府批准为1类车0.60元/车公里对应的费率标准）。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">（四）对行驶G30N西安外环北段高速公路的所有载货类车辆，执行1类车0.40元/车公里对应的费率标准（省政府批准为1类车0.60元/车公里对应的费率标准）。</span></section><section 15px;">（五）在项目竣工验收前，行驶G6521榆蓝高速延长至黄龙高速公路、G3511菏宝线合阳至铜川段、G3511菏宝线旬邑至凤翔段、澄商线澄城至韦庄高速、宁陕至石泉高速等5条高速的所有客货车辆，暂执行1类车0.60元/车公里对应的费率标准（省政府批准为1类车0.70元/车公里对应的费率标准）。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 15px;">（六）自2021年9月1日起至2025年2月28日，陕西交控集团管理的G6521榆蓝高速榆林南至史家湾立交段，4类、5类、6类载货类车辆费率标准分别由目前执行的1.78/1.87/2.21元/车公里，降低至1.57元/车公里，并暂停加收载货类车辆袁家砭隧道通行费。榆林绥延公司管理的G6521榆蓝高速史家湾立交至延川西立交段，4类、5类、6类载货类车辆费率标准分别由目前执行的1.78/1.87/2.21元/车公里，降低至1.57元/车公里。</span></section><section
