background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><strong>一、禁止燃放烟花爆竹区域</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">(一)禁放范围：</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">环城东路及其南延伸线以西（南延伸线至富平与阎良交界处),环城西路及其南延伸线以东(南延伸线至富平与三原交界处)，环城北路以南，富平南塬与阎良区、三原县交界以北(含姚村、褚王村、褚塬村、留招村、东渠村、新庄村、向阳村)之间区域,以及富阎产业合作园区富平区域、富平高新技术产业开发区全域。</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong> <span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">(二)全面禁放：</span><span style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">禁放范围内任何时间、任何地点、任何事由，禁止燃放任何类型的烟花爆竹。</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">二、限制燃放烟花爆竹区域</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>(一)限放范围：</strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><strong>除上述禁放区外的其他区域。</strong></span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">(二)限放规定：</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong>1.限制燃放区域内</strong><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 32, 96);"><strong>允许除夕至正月初六、元宵节等法定节假日和婚丧嫁娶燃放适量烟花爆竹</strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(112, 48, 160);"><strong>，</strong></span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">其他时间禁止燃放烟花爆竹。</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">2.禁止燃放非法和假冒伪劣产品、超标产品以及包装标识不符合标准规定的烟花爆竹。</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong><span style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">3.禁止燃放A类、B类等危险性大且需开放空间较大的烟花爆竹品种，以及“焰火燃放活动专用”烟花爆竹品种。</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong><span style="font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 0, 0); color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">4.重污染天气应急响应期间，全区域全时段禁止燃放烟花爆竹。</span></strong></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 三、职责分工</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong>公安局为禁止燃放烟花爆竹的行政主管部门。行政审批服务局、应急管理局、商务局、民政局、住建局、教体局、渭南市生态环境局富平分局、市场监管局、城市管理执法局、融媒体中心等单位及社区、居委会、村民委员会、物业服务组织应当协助公安机关做好烟花爆竹燃放的管理工作。各镇(街道)依照各自职责开展监管工作,加大日常宣传力度,提高群众禁放意识。</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong><span style="font-size: 16px;
