font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》等法律法规的规定，国家对较大以上突发事件信息1小时内报送规定和市委、市政府有关工作要求，现将生产安全事故报告有关事项通告如下：</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">一、生产安全事故是生产经营活动中发生的造成人员伤亡或直接财产损失的事故。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: PingFang SC, Hiragino Sans GB, Microsoft YaHei, WenQuanYi Micro Hei, Helvetica Neue, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">二、生产经营单位发生生产安全事故后，事故现场有关人员应当立即报告本单位负责人。单位负责人接到事故报告后，应当迅速采取有效措施，组织抢救，防止事故扩大，减少人员伤亡和财产损失。并立即如实报告当地负有安全生产监督管理职责的部门，不得隐瞒不报、谎报、迟报，不得故意破坏事故现场、毁灭有关证据。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">三、负有安全生产监督管理职责的有关部门应当建立24小时值班制度，并向社会公布值班电话，受理生产安全事故报告和举报。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: PingFang SC, Hiragino Sans GB, Microsoft YaHei, WenQuanYi Micro Hei, Helvetica Neue, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">四、负有安全生产监督管理职责的部门接到事故报告后，应当于30分钟内按规定向本级人民政府和上级主管部门上报事故情况，并报送本级安全生产委员会办公室。地方各级人民政府应当按照国家有关规定向上级人民政府报送突发事件信息，负有安全生产监督管理职责的部门和有关地方人民政府对事故情况不得隐瞒不报、谎报、迟报。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">五、生产安全事故报告应包括事故发生单位概况，事故发生的时间、地点以及事故现场情况，事故的简要经过，事故已经造成或者可能造成的伤亡人数和初步估计的直接经济损失，已经采取的措施，其他应当报告的情况。事故处置进展应及时续报，出现新情况应及时补报，事故处置结束应及时终报。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">六、有关地方人民政府和负有安全生产监督管理职责的部门的负责人接到生产安全事故报告后，应当按照生产安全事故应急预案的要求立即赶到事故现场，组织事故救援。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: PingFang SC, Hiragino Sans GB, Microsoft YaHei, WenQuanYi Micro Hei, Helvetica Neue, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">七、生产经营单位发生生产安全事故，对生产安全事故隐瞒不报、谎报或者迟报的，不立即组织抢救或者在事故调查处理期间擅离职守或者逃匿的，对有关责任人员，由应急管理部门处上一年年收入百分之六十至百分之一百的罚款；对逃匿的处十五日以下拘留；构成犯罪的，依照刑法有关规定追究刑事责任。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">八、有关地方人民政府、负有安全生产监督管理职责的部门，对生产安全事故隐瞒不报、谎报或者迟报的，对直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员依法给予处分；构成犯罪的，依照刑法有关规定追究刑事责任。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">九、《中华人民共和国刑法》规定，在安全事故发生后，负有报告职责的人员不报或者谎报事故情况，贻误事故抢救，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px; padding: 0px; border: 0px; color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: PingFang SC, Hiragino Sans GB, Microsoft YaHei, WenQuanYi Micro Hei, Helvetica Neue, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify; text-wrap: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">十、根据《渭南市安全生产举报奖励办法》的有关规定：任何单位和个人对事故隐患和安全生产违法行为，均有权向负有安全生产监督管理职责的部门报告和举报。其中对举报瞒报、谎报生产安全事故，按照最终确认事故等级给予奖励：一般事故奖励5万元，较大事故奖励10万元，重大事故奖励20万元，特别重大事故奖励50万元。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
