font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;"></span></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(0, 122, 170); visibility: visible;">1.乱搭乱建问题。</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">未批先建、批小建大、非法占地等各类违规建设;违规供地、批建分离、擅自改变土地用途等违规行为;北部山区区域内宗教场所、旅游景点、农家乐违规运行或违规经营等问题。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(0, 122, 170); visibility: visible;">2.乱砍乱伐问题。</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">侵占林地、毁林毁草、破坏植被、乱挖野生植物等违法犯罪行为;违法经营木材及其制品运输等行为。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;"><span style="font-size: 15px; color: rgb(0, 122, 170); visibility: visible;">3.乱采乱挖问题。</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 15px; visibility: visible;">非法采矿、越界采矿和破坏性采矿等行为;违法在河道、自然保护区、水源保护地等区域采砂、取石、取土、开垦等行为。</span></p><p style="line-height: 3em;
