font-size: 18px; visibility: visible;">通知要求，加强线上排查，充分发挥“农民工工资支付监控预警平台”“建筑工人管理服务信息平台”“秦云就业小程序”、各类欠薪线索反映平台等信息化平台作用，将发生欠薪投诉举报和欠薪预警的项目列入重点监管对象；将人工费拨付不及时、未通过专用账户发放工资、数据上传不及时的欠薪隐患问题形成“疑点数据清单”，做到早预警、早介入、早化解。加强实地巡查。开展欠薪隐患“大排查大化解”，对曾发生过欠薪的单位和项目重点检查，全面清查，主动消除欠薪隐患，对查实的欠薪问题督促限期整改。建立企业信用“红黑榜”，将选树的“标准化安薪项目”和相关企业列入“红榜”，减少检查频次，定期指导帮助；将欠薪问题多发的在建项目和相关企业列入“黑榜”，加大巡查力度，防止问题复发。</span></p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
