letter-spacing: 2px; padding-right: 10px; padding-left: 10px;"><p style="margin-bottom: 25px;">宝鸡市林业局介绍，当地持续加强以秦岭区域为重点的野生动物保护，大熊猫、羚牛、黑鹳、金丝猴、中华秋沙鸭等珍稀、濒危物种野外可见率逐年提高，境内野生动物资源得到有效保护和稳步发展。但与此同时，该市部分山区县野猪等野生动物种群、数量呈逐步上升态势，活动范围不断扩大，导致造成人身财产损害情况日益突出，并引起社会各界的高度关注。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px;">宝鸡安排确定陇县、陈仓区分别为省、市级野猪危害防控试点县区，相关部门把防控野猪危害列入“查堵点、破难题”专项工作，推动野猪危害防控落实落地。其中，市级试点县陈仓区依托辖区社会力量优势，采取政府购买服务形式组建以猎枪调控为主的专业护农队伍，并制定系列规章制度办法严格日常管理，<strong>累计枪猎野猪150余头。</strong>省级试点县陇县组建以猎狗为主的护农队伍，并布设野猪诱捕设施，<strong>累计猎捕野猪680余头。</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom: 25px;">宝鸡还指导推动保险机构开展野生动物致害赔偿商业保险业务，在凤县、太白县、眉县、陇县、陈仓、千阳、金台等县区开展保险赔付业务，对农作物、经济林木、中药材等财产损失及人身伤亡进行保险赔付，探索建立“政府投保、公司理赔、群众受益”补偿机制，拓宽野生动物致害救助渠道，去年累计赔付146万余元，有效解决野生动物保护与群众生产生活之间的矛盾问题。</p><p>宝鸡市林业局表示，目前，按照相关工作安排部署，野猪危害防控综合试点已经结束。2023年6月30日，国家林业和草原局发布《有重要生态、科学、社会价值的陆生野生动物名录》，将野猪调出“三有”名录，野猪不再属于野生动物保护法律、行政法规、地方性法规规定的保护管理对象，猎捕野猪也不需要办理狩猎证。根据2023年5月1日施行的《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》有关规定，县级以上人民政府野生动物保护主管部门可对种群数量明显超过环境容量的物种，采取猎捕等种群调控措施，保障人身财产安全、生态安全和农业生产。</p></section><p style="max-width: 100%;min-height: 1em;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;box-sizing: border-box !important;"><br/></p></section></section></section></section></section></section><p style="max-width: 100%;
