padding: 18px; height: auto;"><section style="justify-content: flex-start; display: flex; flex-flow: row;"><section style="display: inline-block; width: auto; vertical-align: top; flex: 100 100 0%; height: auto;"><section style="text-align: justify;"><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">尊敬的出租车、网约车、物流货运、快递、同城配送（跑腿）工作者：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">您好！近期，全国多地发生诈骗分子利用出租车、网约车、货拉拉等，物流货运、快递、跑腿等运送现金、黄金，邮寄黄金转移诈骗赃款的新型诈骗案件。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">通过“线上诈骗”+“线下取现”+“网约车投送”等组合模式进行诈骗，手段较之前更为隐蔽。诈骗分子以各种理由，要求受害人到银行柜台或ATM取款、购买黄金，</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">通过出租车、网约车、货拉拉、邮寄、跑腿等方式运送或寄递至指定地点，以不见面、不现身的方式将现金或黄金取走，最终成功转移赃款，为避免广大从业人员间接成</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">为“电诈分子的工具人”。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">公安机关特做以下提醒：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">一、凡是空车带货，需询问发件人寄送物品信息，并在发件人见证下开箱验视，发现黄金、现金或大量手机、名贵烟酒等贵重物品的； </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">二、凡是在各银行网点、黄金珠宝店铺(含大型商超金店)等附近接单上车，空车带货的；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">三、凡是发件人行为异常，尤其是上车后突然中途下车要求继续将物品送至指定地点，或空车带货途中改变送货地点，或无正当理由主动另给“好处费”，支付费用明显不合理的；<br/></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">四、凡是收件人行为异常，尤其是跨区域带货或空车带货的订单，收货时戴口罩、戴帽子、穿雨衣等遮掩、伪装容貌，或不见面、不现身收货，或到达指定送货地点后又更改送货地点的；<br/></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">五、凡是对物品有特殊包装(包裹常用纸箱、文件袋封袋、标有“重要文件”“贵重物品”)，且发件人索要司机身份信息，拍摄车辆、人员照片等异常情形的；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">六、凡是接到跨城订单、代送订单的出租车司机，遇到乘坐人或承运人戴帽子、口罩、眼镜等故意掩盖面部特征，且会在中途要求停车等人的。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">如有上述情形或其他可疑情形的，请务必第一时间拨打110或到就近的派出所报警，对查证属实协助公安机关挽回群众损失或抓获违法犯罪嫌疑人的，公安机关和主管</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;">部门将对个人按照相关规定给予表彰、奖励；对违反相关行业规定违规运营的，主管部门将给予相应处罚；对参与“洗钱”等构成违法犯罪的，公安机关将依法追究刑事、行政责任。</span></p><p><br/></p><p style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">富平县公安局 </span></p><p style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2024年11月13日 </span></p></section></section></section></section></section><p><br/></p></section></section></section></section><section><section style="width: 5px;
