wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">2024年11月13日至2024年12月13日。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box">二、征集范围</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">按照“幼有所育、学有所教、劳有所得、病有所医、老有所养、住有所居、弱有所扶”的基本需求，立足当下，着眼长远，围绕就业创业、教育事业、医疗卫生、社会保障、生态环境、住房保障、交通出行、文体旅游、养老助残、安全保障、城市建设、乡村振兴等方面，征集庄里试验区2025年重点民生实事建议项目。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box">三、征集要求</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;text-wrap: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">纳入庄里试验区2025年重点民生实事项目必须是群众最关心、最迫切，政府有能力解决的问题。一要体现合法性。民生实事项目应符合国家法律法规和现行政策规定，符合国民经济和社会发展规划。二要注重普惠性。民生实事项目要坚持群众期盼、受益面广、反响强烈、社会效益好的原则，不限大小，不设领域。三要具备可行性。民生实事项目要符合当前试验区经济社会发展水平，急需解决并确能解决，可操作、可量化、可评估。四要具有实效性。民生实事项目原则上要求建设周期一年，力争当年实施、当年完成、当年见效；个别重大民生实事项目建设周期可放宽至两年。</p><p
