2em">近期，蒲城县公安局在侦办“9.13”开设赌场案件中，依法对一批涉嫌用于赌博、接收、流转赌资的占某等606个银行账户资金予以冻结。根据《公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定》第二百八十八条之规定，冻结的涉案资金将随案移送起诉。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun">特告知以下银行卡账户所有人（详见附件1）在规定时限内到蒲城县公安局配合调查，现将有关事项公告如下：</span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun">一、各银行卡账户所有人须在公告期限内（2024年11月14日至2025年1月13日）携带本人有效身份证件、该银行卡开户材料以及能够证明银行卡内资金合法来源的相关证明材料，到蒲城县公安局配合调查。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun">二、逾期不提供或者不能证明银行卡内资金合法来源的，司法机关将依法处置涉案银行账户及账户内被冻结资金。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family: 宋体, SimSun">三、本人涉嫌违法犯罪、帮助他人犯罪、帮助他人逃避法律责任等违法犯罪情形的，公安机关将依法追究相关人员的法律责任。</span></p><p style="text-indent:2em;line-height:2em;font-size:16px"><span style="font-family: 宋体,
