16px;">昌都市洛隆县于1950年11月12日解放，是一片红色的热土，是西藏铸牢中华民族共同体意识的先锋。洛隆县烈士陵园作为重要的红色纪念场所之一，安葬着173名为了西藏和平发展和人民幸福安康而英勇献身的烈士们，成为群众瞻仰祭扫、纪念革命烈士丰功伟绩、弘扬烈士精神、培养社会主义核心价值观的昌都市级爱国主义教育基地和洛隆县双拥共建基地。</span></p><p
