border-left-color: rgb(177, 177, 177); text-wrap: inherit !important;">经查，群众反映的蒲城华海实业有限责任公司位于渭南市蒲城县尧山镇渭清路北段，院内有两家企业。一家为蒲城华海实业有限责任公司，建设有一条年产120万吨洗选煤生产线。该公司2024年1-3月未生产，4 -11月间断生产共133天。原煤储存均采用全封闭式储棚储存，厂区地面进行硬化防渗，各物料输送采用密闭廊道及皮带传输，原料产生扬尘点均设有喷雾酒水设施，筛分破碎设备位于密闭大棚内，安装有布袋式除尘器和喷雾抑尘装置。生产设备采取减振、隔声等措施，生产过程中不产生气味。现场检查时该公司处于停产状态，厂区东北方向新建物料大棚东侧未封闭，棚内堆放原煤约60吨，棚外水泥地面煤灰积尘较厚，未及时清理。另一家为租用蒲城华海实业有限责任公司场地的蒲城天勤新型建材公司，建设有年产20万吨机制砂及2万套水泥制品生产线各一条。该公司2024年1-3月停产，4-11月为调试生产，共计生产115天，目前未进行竣工验收。该公司建设有封闭的生产车间和原料库房、成品库房，配套安装有喷淋设施，机制砂生产线、水泥制品生产线均安装有布袋式除尘器。采取厂房封闭等措施降低噪声，生产过程中不产生气味。现场检查时该公司未生产，经走访群众，噪声主要是夜间拉运时重型车辆产生。</td><td style="box-sizing: border-box;
