截止2024年11月30日20时，省第三生态环境保护督察组分批交办涉及渭南市生态环境信访件210件，现将交办的8个问题办理结果通报如下：受理编号178：富平县刘集镇十字村民反映，西曹组有人长年购卖土沙，在生产队中间堆放，像小山一样。政府让处理，只是把土沙堆推平了，比通村道路还高一米多，过后还能铲用卖钱。太阳—晒，天热风吹沙子还会在空中害人，即将修好的村道还会破坏不堪。经查，群众反映的是省生态环境保护督察组交办063号信访件整改不彻底的问题。该堆场负责人为张某某（刘集镇十字村西曹组人），于2024年1月份开始堆放土沙，堆场为本村张某某、曹某某家的旧宅基地，占地面积约360平方米。2024年11月17日，刘集镇政府已将该土沙堆场取缔，土沙已清理并对地面进行了平整。现场核查，仍有部分残留土沙和地面附着物。情况属实富平县刘集镇政府工作人员现场要求该堆场负责人对地面残留土沙和附着物进行彻底清理，并再次平整。2024年11月29日，已清理完毕。受理编号063信访件已对相关责任人追责，该信访件不再责任追究。 <table class="wcn_c_table" width="800"><tbody style="box-sizing: border-box;
