2.125em;">为加强我市教育系统人才队伍建设，根据《事业单位人事管理条例》《陕西省事业单位公开招聘工作人员实施办法》等文件精神及相关规定，决定进校园为我市教育系统事业单位公开招聘高层次人才80名。现将有关事项公告如下。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><span style="color: rgb(101, 13, 31);"><strong>一、招聘对象</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">1.2023、2024、2025年毕业的研究生；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">2.公费师范生。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><span style="color: rgb(101, 13, 31);"><strong>二、招聘条件</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>（一）基本条件：</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">1.具有中华人民共和国国籍，享有公民应有的政治权利；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">2.拥护中华人民共和国宪法和法律法规，拥护中国共产党领导和社会主义制度，品行端正，遵纪守法；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">3.年龄18周岁以上，35周岁以下（1988年12月到2006年12月期间出生），博士研究生为45周岁以下（1978年12月到2006年12月期间出生）；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">4.具有正常履行岗位职责的身体条件和心理素质；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">5.具备招聘岗位所需的学历、专业和相应资格条件以及岗位所需要的其他条件，专业以国家教育行政主管部门公布的研究生专业目录为准。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">招聘岗位所须的具体条件以《2025年渭南市教育系统事业单位进校园公开招聘高层次人才岗位计划表》（以下简称岗位表，见附件1）的要求为准。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>（二）有下列情形之一的人员，不得报名参加：</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">1.曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚或曾受过开除处分，在立案审查期间或未解除党纪、政纪处分的；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">2.在公务员招录、事业单位招聘中被认定有舞弊等严重违反纪律行为的；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">3.现役军人和在读非2025年应届毕业生，以及在读非2025年应届毕业生用以往取得学历报名的；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">4.事业单位工作人员、公务员（含参照公务员法管理事业单位工作人员）、“三支一扶”等在服务期内人员，服务期计算截止时间为2024年12月31日；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">5.失信被执行人员；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">6.法律、法规规定不符合本次招聘要求的。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><span style="color: rgb(101, 13, 31);"><strong>三、招聘流程</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">本次校园公开招聘工作采取现场报名、资格审查、考试、签订协议、体检考察、公示聘用等程序实施。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>（一）现场报名、资格审查</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>1.报名方式</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">本次招聘采取现场报名，每人限应聘一个岗位。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>2.报名时间、地点</strong></p><p style="text-indent: style="text-indent: 2.125em;">应聘人员可选择上述任一时段提交报名材料，建议在12月9日（星期一）校园内报名。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>3.提交材料</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">（1）2025年毕业生：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">①《2025年渭南市教育系统事业单位进校园公开招聘高层次人才报名登记表》（以下简称报名表，见附件2）（一式两份，本人留存一份）；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">②身份证；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">③学生证；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">④教育部学籍在线验证报告；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">⑤岗位要求的其他资格证件；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">⑥《应聘人员诚信承诺书》（以下简称诚信承诺书，见附件3）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">2025年毕业生岗位要求的毕业证、学位证和教师资格证须于2025年8月31日前取得（以证书落款时间为准）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">相关证件原件查验，复印件留存。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">（2）2023年、2024年毕业生：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">①报名表（一式两份，本人留存一份）；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">②身份证；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">③毕业证、学位证；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">④教育部学历证书电子注册备案表、中国高等教育学位在线验证报告；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">⑤相应教师资格证；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">⑥岗位要求的其他资格证件；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">⑦诚信承诺书。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">相关证件原件查验，复印件留存。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">留学归国人员除提供岗位要求的毕业证、学位证、教师资格证等证件外，还须提供教育部留学生服务中心出具的国外学历学位认证书及所学课程、研究方向等材料。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>4.资格审查</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">应聘人员提交材料后，由相关部门现场进行资格审查，资格审查通过的应聘人员可进入下一环节。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>（二）考试</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">考试形式包括笔试、面试等方式，具体考试形式根据岗位报名情况确定，报名结束后在渭南市人力资源和社会保障局网站发布考试安排公告。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>（三）签订协议、体检、考察</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">1.确定进入体检环节人员</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">考试结束后根据成绩由高到低排序1:1比例确定进入体检环节人员。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">2.签订协议</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">进入体检环节人员确定后，招聘部门（单位）与进入体检环节人员签订初步就业协议。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">3.体检、考察</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">体检标准参照《公务员录用体检通用标准（试行）》执行。体检费由体检医院收取，体检人员自理。体检后，由体检医院作出是否合格的结论。体检人员对体检结果如有异议的，可在接到体检结果通知后2个工作日内提出复查申请，并到指定医院重新检查一次，复检结论为最终结果。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">体检合格人员进入考察，体检不合格的，或未按时、按要求进行体检的，取消进入下一环节资格。考察内容包括政治表现、遵纪守法、道德品质、现实表现、个人档案、社会信用记录等方面，以及需要回避的情况等，并再次对应聘人员资格条件进行审查。考察不合格者取消应聘资格。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><strong>（四）公示、聘用</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">考察合格的拟聘用人员在渭南市人力资源和社会保障局网站公示，公示期为5个工作日。拟聘用人员属往届毕业生的，考察合格后进行公示。拟聘用人员属2025年应届毕业生的，须于2025年8月31日前取得毕业证、学位证、教师资格证等相关资格证件，取得相关资格证件后进行考察，考察合格予以公示。未如期取得或证件复核不通过的，取消聘用资格。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">拟聘用人员公示期满合格后，由渭南市人力资源和社会保障局下发聘用文件，发放《陕西省事业单位公开招聘工作人员核准单》和《陕西省事业单位公开招聘工作人员通知书》。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">新聘用人员实行试用期制度。试用期满经考核合格的，予以正式聘用；不合格的，取消聘用。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">新招聘的事业单位工作人员服务期不少于5年。期间，不能以任何名义借调、调动到其他单位或参加其他单位的招聘（考）。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;"><span style="color: rgb(101, 13, 31);"><strong>四、特别提示</strong></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">1.博士研究生不占岗位计划，有意来渭工作的博士研究生，请投递本人简历到wnswrcb@163.com。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">2.应聘人员应仔细查阅招聘岗位资格条件，慎重选择应聘岗位，诚信报名；对招聘岗位专业条件审查以专业名称为主；对应聘人员的资格审查，既有报名时的资格审核，也包括考试、考察、公示等各个环节，贯穿于招聘工作全过程。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">3.应聘人员须及时留意相关网站公告或信息并认真阅读，保持联系电话畅通，因无法与应聘人员取得联系所造成的后果，由应聘人员自行负责。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.125em;">4.公费师范生不限专业，与用人部门现场洽谈、双向选择，签订公费师范生三方协议。</p><p style="text-indent:
