color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>调整我县非居民管道天然气销售价格有关事项通知如下</strong></span>：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong>一、<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">居民用气</span>销售价格<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">维持不变</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>居民用户生活用气销售价格</strong></span><span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong>继续执行2.14元/m3(第一阶梯)、2.57元/m3(第二阶梯)、3.21元/m3(第三阶梯)。</strong></span></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 二、非居民管道天然气销售价格联动方案</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> <strong>1.<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">非居民用气终端销售价格为3.34元/m3</span>,<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">合同外用气销售价格由城燃企业和用户</span>按照不高于实际采购成本+配气价格(0.698元/m3)的原则协商确定；</strong></span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 2.<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">各类学校、幼儿园、养老福利机构、城镇社区居委会等</span>公福用户<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">最高销售价格</span>为2.16元/m3;</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 3.<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">车用压缩天然气价格(CNG)。</span>经交通运输部门批准的城市公交、巡游出租汽车<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">车用天然气价格执行3.56元/m3(网约车除外)</span>，<span style="font-size: 16px; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">其他车辆执行3.88元/m3。</span></span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 三、执行时间</span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 非居民管道天然气（含车用天然气）价格联动方案执行时间为：自发文之日起至2025年3月31日止。</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 四、相关要求</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 1.加强宣传引导。各天然气公司及各天然气加气站要统一思想，认真做好政策宣传工作，正确引导社会舆论，确保政策平稳实施。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 2.严格执行政府定价。各天然气公司及各天然气加气站要严格按照规定时间、气价标准、气价分类等执行，确保联动期间天然气供应稳定，市场价格平稳。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 16px;"> 3.落实明码标价制度。各天然气公司及各天然气加气站要落实明码标价制度，在营业场所醒目位置和企业门户网站公示各类用气价格、服务咨询电话，举报投诉电话，自觉接受社会各方监督。</span></p><p style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">富平县发展和改革局</span></p><p style="text-align: right;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2024年11月8日</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;
