text-align: justify; text-wrap-mode: wrap; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">执法人员根据举报线索立即开展现场检查，检查发现当事人在经营场所公示的《食品经营许可证》签发日期2020年5月22日，有效期至2023年12月04日。经核实，截止现场检查当日，当事人取得的《食品经营许可证》已超出有效期限，在有效期内当事人未向市场监管部门提出《食品经营许可证》延续申请，亦未向市场监管部门重新申请办理《食品经营许可证》。我局责令其停止营业，没收违法所得8630元，并处罚款60000元。</p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
