color: rgb(82, 83, 83); letter-spacing: 0px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei;">为进一步消除农机安全生产隐患，加强全县农业机械牌证和农机道路交通安全规范管理，落实农机安全生产治本攻坚三年行动，有效预防和遏制重特大农机事故发生。依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》《农业机械安全监督管理条例》《拖拉机和联合收割机登记业务工作规范》《拖拉机禁用和报废》（GB/T16877-2008）等法规规章标准，根据《农业农村部办公厅 公安部办公厅关于进一步加强拖拉机安全管理工作的通知》（农办机〔2021〕1号）、《陕西省农业农村厅关于开展拖拉机和联合收割机专项清查工作的通知》(陕农便函〔2022〕290号)、《渭南市农业农村局渭南市发展和改革委员会渭南市财政局关于印发农机报废更新补贴实施方案的通知》(渭农发188号)等文件精神，<strong>经研究决定，对全县连续三年及以上未年检拖拉机411台、联合收割机181台予以注销登记。</strong><br/></span></section><section style="margin-right: 0;margin-left: 0;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em"><span style="font-size: 18px;
