padding-right: 16px; padding-left: 22px;"><section style="text-align: justify;"><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2025年1月21日，富平县公安局召开“破小案、暖民心”专项行动涉案财物集中返还现场会，现场向35名受害群众、受害单位代表返还788.9223万元的涉案财物。局党委副书记、政委张跟阳出席会议并讲话，局党委委员、副局长杨建龙，局党委委员、政工监督室主任参加会议，会议由局党委委员、政工监督室主任佛力主持，公安局各所队室负责人、有关企业、群众代表等170余人参会。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">会上，宣读了《富平县公安局“破小案、暖民心”专项行动工作通报》，并向群众现场返还了涉案资金788.9223万元及案件追回的赃物。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2024年以来，富平县公安局始终聚焦主责主业、锚定主题主线，将打击突出违法犯罪作为发挥公安机关职能作用、保障全县人民安居乐业的“第一着力点”，依托“专业+机制+大数据”新型警务运行模式的优势能力，坚持多警种协调联动、多手段同步上案，多条线广泛追击，打露头、抓现行、挖团伙、追逃犯、扩长线、挽损失，向电信诈骗、盗抢骗、黄赌毒、侵害弱势群体等突出违法犯罪不断发起凌厉攻势。先后组织开展了“冬春行动”、“夏季治安打击整治行动”、“化解矛盾风险、维护社会稳定专项行动”等多轮次战役，打掉了一大批危害重、影响大的犯罪团伙，破获了一大批关系群众切身利益的侵财类案件，追回了一大批涉案损失财物，破案数量、破案价值、挽损金额均达到了历史最高水平。2024年全县共发盗窃案件197起，破现案139起，破案率70.56%，其中入户盗窃案件52起，破案52起，破案率100%。共立电信网络诈骗案件194起，同比下降23.92%；涉案金额1416.81万元，同比下降27.48%。紧急止付、冻结涉案资金1518.3万元，抓获电信诈骗及关联犯罪嫌疑人371人，破获案件412起，顺利实现“两升两降”目标。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;"></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">政委张跟阳在讲话中指出富平公安民警要围绕影响社会治安大局稳定、影响人民群众生产生活的各类违法犯罪活动，以坚决的态度、迅速的行动、有力的措施，持续深入开展好系列严打整治专项行动，始终坚持“以人民为中心”的发展思路，扎扎实实做好窗口服务、民警驻村、护校安园、“破小案、暖民心”等一大批关系人民群众权益的“重点工作和贴心小事”，坚决确保广大人民群众长期幸福安宁和全县社会治安大局长期稳定有序。</span></p></section></section></section><p></p><p><br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
