text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="text-indent: 2.2667em;box-sizing: border-box;">2025年1月22日16:05分，患儿因皮肤发红伴瘙痒3小时在家长陪同下前往我院儿科就诊，值班强爽医生快速接诊，在询问病史过程中，患儿突然出现倒地，伴随呼吸困难、烦躁不安，颜面部及口周皮肤发绀，血压55／35mmHg、血氧饱和度60％，出现休克表现，护士立即遵医嘱给予吸氧、心电监护，测量生命体征，科主任刘新强迅速组织科内医护人员成立抢救小组，进行快速全面检查及病情分析，制定完善抢救措施，该患儿四肢末端青紫、冰冷。毛细充盈时间＞3s，吸氧后血氧饱和度仍持续在65％-70％，考虑机体仍缺氧明显，给予呼吸机辅助呼吸，应用多巴胺给予扩容治疗改善循环、盐酸肾上腺素升压、地塞米松肌注抗过敏等治疗.....随着一个个指令的下达，儿科医护团队根据患儿病情变化不断调整治疗方案，全力以赴、各司其职，在大家的共同努力下，经过一个小时的抢救，患儿的病情逐渐得到控制，精神恢复，颜面部及口唇皮肤红润，呼吸平稳，四肢末梢皮肤青紫缓解，血氧饱和度持续波动在98％以上，测量生命体征体温36.3℃、脉搏102次／分、呼吸26次／分、血压90／60 mmHg，患儿终于脱离危险，转危为安。</span><br style="box-sizing: border-box;"/></p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;box-sizing: border-box;"><section style="max-width: 100%;vertical-align: middle;display: inline-block;line-height: 0;box-sizing: border-box;"></section></section><section style="color: rgb(49, 43, 43);letter-spacing: 2px;box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em;
