font-size: 18px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-wrap-style: inherit !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">公民、法人和其他组织认为行政执法机关有下列情形的，可以在工作时间内进行投诉举报：</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 18px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-wrap-style: inherit !important;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）行政执法机关存在逐利执法、暴力执法、“一刀切”执法等行政执法不规范、不文明问题的；</span></p><p style="box-sizing: border-box;
