line-height: 2; box-sizing: border-box;"><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-wrap: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;">项目实施过程中，老庙镇严格落实“赈济”要求，严格遵循以工代赈模式，秉持能用人工尽量不用机械、能用当地群众尽量不用专业队伍的原则，深度挖掘本地劳动力资源，积极吸纳本村及周边村庄的脱贫户、易返贫致贫监测对象投身项目建设一线，为辖区群众搭建就地就近就业平台，切实拓宽助农增收渠道。通过“基础设施建设+劳动技能培训+劳动报酬发放”的模式，累计吸纳70名村民参与施工建设，其中12名劳动力来自脱贫户，发放劳务报酬80.2万元，技能培训30人，改善10802人出行及生产生活条件，建成后设置公益性岗位4个，带动村民就业。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
