border-box">为进一步规范全市消防安全重点单位的监督管理工作，推动单位落实消防安全主体责任，根据《中华人民共和国消防法》《陕西省消防条例》《机关、团体、企业、事业单位消防安全管理规定》《陕西省消防安全重点单位界定标准》等法律法规的有关规定，按照“应列尽列”的原则，凡符合下列界定标准的单位，应主动向属地消防救援部门申报，经审查核定后，确定为消防安全重点单位。现将申报2025年度消防安全重点单位工作公告如下：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">一、申报时间</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">集中申报时间：2025年3月1日至2025年3月15日</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">日常申报时间：年内工作日</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">二、申报对象</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">（一）凡渭南市行政辖区内符合《陕西省消防安全重点单位界定标准（试行）》（详见附件1）的机关、团体、企业、事业单位均应向属地消防救援大队申报备案。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">（二）凡渭南市行政辖区内符合《陕西省有固定生产经营场所且具有一定规模的个体工商户界定标准（试行）》（详见附件2），并达到《陕西省消防安全重点单位界定标准（试行）》的个体工商户，也应向属地消防救援大队申报备案。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">三、申报要求</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">（一）2024年已申报确定为消防安全重点单位且至今单位未发生变化的，可以直接确定为2025年度消防安全重点单位，此次不需要再重新申报备案；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">（二）新增的符合界定标准的单位，应依法申报备案；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">1.一幢建筑物中各自独立的产权单位或使用单位，凡符合界定标准的，应当各自独立申报备案；如建筑物本身符合界定标准的，该建筑物产权单位也需要独立申报备案。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">2.有隶属关系的单位，不在同一地点且符合界定标准的，不论下属单位是否具备独立的法人资格，均应当独立申报备案（申报时应填写单位法定名称并注明隶属上级单位及其地址）；位于同一地点的有隶属关系的单位，如下属单位具备独立的法人资格，且符合界定标准的，也应当独立申报备案。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">（三）对于未申报备案的，消防救援大队在日常实施监督检查过程中发现其符合界定标准的应通知其在规定期限内补报备案；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1111em;text-wrap-mode: wrap;margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box">（四）消防救援大队依据消防法律和相关规范性文件，对社会单位申报的备案信息进行核实，并按照相关规定向社会公布，纳入双随机一公开监督管理。</p><p style="text-indent:
