text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">1.封闭区域严禁非园区单位相关车辆和人员进入，园区内单位车辆和人员登记备案录入门禁管理系统后可自动识别进出，外来车辆和人员需提前向所前往单位报备预约，经批准同意后方可进入。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">2.园区各企业及时将内部车辆车牌号及人员信息录入监管平台，提醒员工、上下游供应商及关联单位按照要求执行，避免造成工作和生活上的不便。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">3.化工园区内部道路严禁车辆随意停放，不得超速40公里/小时、超限、超载、混装。严禁在园区内摆摊设点，严禁扰乱化工园区正常生产和社会秩序，严禁破坏或翻越化工园区封闭管理边界设施。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">五、其他事项</strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">1.军队、公安、消防、医疗急救、邮政运输、工程救险车辆在执行任务期间不受禁行规定；城市公共管理部门的养护车、洒水车、清扫车等正常作业时，不受禁行规定。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">2.市政工程、城市建设及其它需要进入封闭区域的车辆，须向庄里试验区应急管理与环境保护局申请办理“临时通行许可证”，并按规定的时间和线路通行。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap;
