margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">事发当天，我院口腔科工作人员有条不紊地进行着诊疗活动。这时，一场突发情况打破了诊疗秩序。诊室门口候诊区一位患者突然全身抽搐，随即倒地不起，口吐白沫，意识不清。见此，科内医护人员立即行动起来。首先发现的是门诊护士，她赶紧呼叫其他同事前来帮忙，口腔科医生首先评估病人情况，怀疑癫痫发作，为保护患者安全，在患者的上下牙齿之间放置纱布，避免舌咬伤，及时擦去分泌物，同时报告门诊部负责人并立即启动应急抢救措施。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">很快门诊护士携带抢救器材同心内科医生迅速到场。医生再次判断病人情况，初步判断是癫痫持续状态。急查心电图，排除心梗。同时解开患者衣领，头偏向一侧，清理分泌物，保持病人呼吸道畅通，避免呕吐物误吸导致窒息。迅速吸氧，建立静脉通路。监测病人的生命体征、意识、心跳、呼吸和血氧饱和度。同时电话联系家属来院，告知患者病情。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">随后，病人的抽搐逐渐停止，医护人员小心翼翼地将病人抬上平车，多人护送至急诊科，继续对病人进行密切观察。在医护人员的共同努力下，病人逐渐恢复了意识，生命体征趋于平稳。最后，医生还耐心地向病人及其家属介绍有关本病的基本知识以及如何避免诱因、减少发作，安抚他们的情绪。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2667em;
