font-size: 16px;">（一）行政许可方面：市场主体准入和退出中不作为、慢作为、乱作为的问题。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;outline: 0px;visibility: visible;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.578px; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 16px;">（二）行政检查方面：不具备主体资格的组织和不具有执法资格的人员实施行政检查的问题；检查频次过多，重复检查、多头检查的问题；逐利检查、任性检查的问题；检查标准、程序不明确，随意检查的问题；运动式检查、“走过场”检查、乱收费、“吃拿卡要”等问题。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;outline: 0px;visibility: visible;"><span style="letter-spacing: 0.578px;
