富平严禁开展学科类隐形变异违规培训的公告

padding-bottom: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;" data-width="100%"><section><section style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 1.8; letter-spacing: 2px; padding-right: 10px; padding-left: 10px; box-sizing: border-box;"><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;visibility: visible"><span style="font-size: 16px;visibility: visible">为贯彻落实省、市《关于进一步加强校外培训治理工作的通知》文件精神，持续巩固“双减”成效，防范学科类隐形变异培训行为，有效减轻学生学业负担和家庭经济负担，维护中小学生合法权益，现将有关事项公告如下。</span></section><p></p><section style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;visibility: visible"><span style="visibility: visible"><strong style="visibility: visible"><span style="font-size: 16px;visibility: visible">一、严令禁止的违规行为</span></strong></span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;visibility: visible"><span style="font-size: 16px;visibility: visible">（一）占用国家法定节假日、休息日及寒暑假期组织义务教育阶段学科类培训；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;visibility: visible"><span style="font-size: 16px;visibility: visible">（二）以“家政服务”“住家家教”“众筹私教”、游学、研学、夏令营等名义违规开展学科类隐形变异培训；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;visibility: visible"><span style="font-size: 16px;visibility: visible">（三）利用居民小区、民宅、酒店、咖啡厅等场所违规开展“一对一”“一对多”等学科类培训；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;visibility: visible"><span style="font-size: 16px;visibility: visible">（四）非学科类校外培训及托管机构以“作业辅导”“思维素养”“国学素养”“素质拓展”“假期托管”等名义违规开展学科类隐形变异培训；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;visibility: visible"><span style="font-size: 16px;visibility: visible">（五）任何自然人、法人或者其他组织未经审批开展校外培训，在职教师参与或者变相参与学科类培训。</span></section><section style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;visibility: visible"><strong style="visibility: visible"><span style="font-size: 16px;visibility: visible">二、违规处理措施</span></strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><span style="font-size: 16px">严格按照中华人民共和国教育部令第53号《校外培训行政处罚暂行办法》，依法依规对违规行为进行行政处罚。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><span style="font-size: 16px">（一）自然人、法人或其他组织变相开展学科类校外培训情形，将依据《校外培训行政处罚暂行办法》第十八条责令改正、退还所收费用，予以警告或通报批评；情节严重的，处5万元以下罚款；情节特别严重的，处5万元以上10万元以下罚款。举办者在变相开展学科类校外培训行为的同时有其他违法行为的，移送有关职能部门严肃查处。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><span style="font-size: 16px">（二）校外培训机构超出办学许可范围，非学科类培训机构开展学科类校外培训的，将依据《校外培训行政处罚暂行办法》第二十条责令限期改正，并予以警告；有违法所得的，退还所收费用后没收违法所得；情节严重的，责令停止招收学员、吊销许可证件；举办者有其他违法行为的，移送有关职能部门严肃查处。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><span style="font-size: 16px">请广大家长树立科学教育理念，理性看待校外培训作用，主动抵制违规补课，避免发生不必要的安全和退费纠纷，共同营造良好教育生态。欢迎广大群众共同监督，对违规行为及时举报，发现一起、查处一起、通报一起。</span></section><section style="margin-top: 8px;margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px">三、监督举报渠道</span></strong></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><span style="font-size: 16px">如发现学科类隐形变异违规培训行为，可通过以下方式举报：</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><span style="font-size: 16px">联系电话 0913-8221272（工作日）</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><span style="font-size: 16px">0913-8212649（节假日）</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><span style="font-size: 16px">邮 箱 fp2254@163.com</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 24px;text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em"><span style="font-size: 16px">特此公告。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;text-align: right"><span style="font-size: 16px">富平县“双减”工作领导小组办公室</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 1.75em;text-align: right"><span style="font-size: 16px;text-indent: 2em">2025年4月3日</span></section><p></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p></section></section></section></section><section><section style="width: 5px;
