2em">一、考试对象</span></strong></section></section><p></p><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.578px">凡参加富平县2025年初中学业水平考试的九年级学生，均须参加体育考试。</span></section><p></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;text-indent: 2em">二、考试内容</span></strong></p><p></p><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;text-indent: 2em">体育与健康考试采取过程管理评价与目标效果测试相结合的方法，考试内容由平时考核和统一考试两部分组成。考试成绩满分为60分，其中，平时考核成绩占15分；统一考试成绩45分。</span></section><section style="line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;text-indent: 2em">（一）平时考核</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.578px">平时考核由体育与健康课考核和《国家学生体质健康标准》（2014年修订版）测试组成，每学年5分，三年满分为15分。其中，体育与健康课成绩每学年2分，三年满分为6分；《国家学生体质健康标准》测试成绩每学年3分，三年满分为9分。平时考核由学校负责组织实施。</span></section><p></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.578px;text-indent: 2em">（二）现场统一考试</span></p><p></p><section style="text-align: center;text-indent: 0em"></section><p></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">三、考试形式</span></strong></p><p></p><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">现场测试项目使用第三方测试机构测试，使用经国家认证的电子计时、测距、计数等智能化器材，考试过程全程录像，考试数据可追溯、不可篡改。当场向考生公布各项目测试成绩，现场打印成绩单，考生签字确认。每名考生的全部项目在一个单元内（半天内）测试完成。现场统一测试在纪律监察部门全程监督下组织进行。</span></section><p></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">四、免考政策</span></strong></p><p></p><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">因病（心、肺、肝、肾等主要器官有严重疾病）、身体发育异常、肢体残疾、畸形（严重影响功能者）可申请体育考试免试。其中，肢体残疾达到一、二、三级残疾的考生，凭《中华人民共和国残疾人证》和学校证明，经县教体局审批，备案后进行免试，公示无异议后，体育与健康考试成绩按满分记入初中学业水平考试总分；其他免试的考生，如坚持参加日常体育与健康课和《国家学生体质健康标准》测试，平时考核成绩正常计入，不能正常参加日常体育与健康课和《国家学生体质健康标准》测试的考生按总分的</span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">60%计入平时考核成绩。在统一考试中，考生根据自己情况如能正常参加考试，考试项目分数按实际得分正常计入，不能参加考试的项目分数按60%计入。</span></section><p></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">五、缓考考生</span></strong></p><p></p><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">不能在规定时间参加统一考试的考生，可以申请缓考，缓考的考生需填写《</span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">富平县初中学业水平体育考试缓考申请表</span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">》，必须在进入考场前办理缓考手续，除因临场伤病外，考生进入考场后，不得申请缓考。缓考组考工作应在县上统一考试结束前完成，不另设补考专场。不同类别考生的缓考手续办理要求如下：女生特殊生理期，填写《</span><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">富平县初中学业水平体育考试缓考申请表</span><span 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">1.督促考生加强日常体育锻炼，提高身体素质，并注意防止各种伤害事故和疾病的发生，以免影响考试。建议考前您带孩子去医院进行心肺等功能的检查，彻底消除不安全隐患。如果您的孩子患有不宜参加剧烈运动的疾病，请及时向学校声明，按规定办理免试手续。因隐瞒病情造成不良后果的，责任自负。</span></section><section 0.034em">2.教育孩子自觉遵守考试纪律，诚信考试，不代替他人考试或找人代考，进入考场不得携带手机等通讯工具。考生如不遵守考场规则，不服从考试工作人员管理，有违规行为的，按照相关规定严肃处理，并将记入考生电子档案。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 8px;line-height: 1.75em;text-indent: 2em"><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0.034em">3.教育孩子在考试期间服从带队老师及考点工作人员的统一安排，着运动装，穿运动鞋，不得戴手镯项链等饰品，不得携带饮料、零食等进入考场。考试期间，不聚集、不围观，考试结束后，不在考场、考点长时间逗留。</span></section><p></p><p
