padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;">为了进一步规范我县保障性住房管理工作，确保分配公开、公平、公正、透明，依据《富平县公共租赁住房运营管理实施意见》（富政发〔2024〕14号）文件要求，结合庄里镇实际情况，现将我县庄里镇公共租赁住房常态化申请工作通知如下：</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;">我县公共租赁住房现已实行常态化管理，申请方式按照省市要求需在陕西省住房保障信息平台进行线上申请，具体申请方式如下:</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;">打开微信小程序搜索“陕西保障房”微信公众号，根据操作提示进行线上申请。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box; visibility: visible;">温馨提示：</strong>1.申请庄里镇公租房的申报对象需在个人申请书中明确标注申请庄里镇公租房。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">1.在微信小程序中搜索“陕西保障房”，在微申请中需要进行实名认证，以确保申请人的身份信息真实有效。完成实名认证后，申请人务必认真详细阅读申请须知，结合个人实际情况对照<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">下方二维码（申请须知及审核标准）</strong>中申报类型进行填写，不得随意填报申报类型；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">2.请务必如实填写各类信息，若因刻意隐瞒或虚报真实情况而导致审核无法通过，产生的一切后果由本人自行承担；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">3.申请人应严格按照要求上传资料附件，确保上传附件清晰、完整，不得漏传、误传，附件资料一经上传，将作为后期审核的重要依据，上传的相关数据务必保证真实准确（上传的所有附件所开具的日期需与申请日期一致，前后时间最多相差两天）；</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap-mode: wrap; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">4.在“陕西保障房”平台于2025年4月14日之前提交的材料，系统将统一退回。申请人需在规定的申报时间内，重新提交申报资料，逾期未上报，将视为自动放弃。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em;
